CN Group was founded in September 2017 by two surveyors, Natasa Bogatec and Cristiano, who, by combining their experiences and expertise, created a new entity dedicated to their passion: renovating homes to enhance them while respecting their historical and architectural profile.
Today, the team, specialized in renovations, design, and conservation-restoration of properties, evolves with new ideas in the construction and real estate sectors, always seeking more contemporary approaches and paying particular attention to preserving the valuable real estate heritage of the area.

How
We have developed a methodical system that ensures the client has a single point of contact, through a team of professionals capable of handling all the production processes of each project.
Construction site management is carried out using the general contractor model, ensuring order and consistency in a complex process.

Arch. Enrico Leghissa
Architect Enrico Leghissa, through attentive and rigorous design focused on the client’s needs and requirements, is committed to overseeing all phases of the process: from drafting the necessary paperwork to team-based design, while monitoring the construction phases of the project.
Always passionate about the field, he enrolls in the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Trieste, where he earns his degree with honors, graduating with a score of 110 and praise.
A lover of the Triestine territory, our Karst region, and its urban history.
Arch. Magdalena Mayr
Magdalena Mayr, a young Austrian architect from Salzburg, relocated to Trieste after completing her studies here and now resides in the city. She is the project manager at AREA.at, a company based in Salzburg and Vienna, renowned in the field of furnishing and design, with which she has had a stable collaboration for 11 years. A polyglot and specialized in interior design, she primarily interacts with our Austrian clients and helps us in the development of projects, creating the perfect blend of communication and mindset.
Gabriele Pagani
Gabriele Pagani, surveyor and owner of APEX, manages, coordinates, and oversees all aspects of safety and quality on our construction sites: from the personnel involved to the company itself.
Safety, in fact, is an aspect that is constantly developing and improving, strongly supported by the owners of CN Group.
Martina Micalizzi
A surveyor with a passion for photography, she was captivated by the geometry, rigidity, and order of environmental photography. Martina handles the site photography for us.
Additionally, she is a real estate agent with a unique focus on selecting properties with gardens, parks, livable terraces, balconies, and rustic homes. All qualities that synergize with our work.
