As Austrians who love Trieste, we purchased a vacation apartment in this beautiful city. A complete renovation was necessary. It was quite an adventure to manage everything remotely, especially during the pandemic!

Thanks to the mediation of our architect, Magdalena Mayr, we found CN Group, and suddenly, everything became manageable! The architect and general contractor worked seamlessly together, meeting all deadlines and sticking to the estimated costs. I must preface that we are neither from Trieste nor did we live in Trieste when we started looking for suppliers for the renovation of our apartment (dating back to 1908)… therefore, the work required to make it habitable and comfortable was immense!! Managing a renovation from a distance is never easy, so when Cristiano and Natasa proposed the turnkey restoration project to us… it felt too good to be true! First of all, I want to thank them because, from the very first day we met, they were honest and transparent. Before we committed, there were several site visits to define a detailed specification step by step. This approach made us realize that we were dealing with serious and professional experts, not amateurs. The owners have specialized training and, above all, extensive experience with construction sites—Trieste is not an easy place to operate. Any minor changes that occurred during the work were thoroughly discussed, seeking the best solution before we gave our approval. They were invaluable, as when working on historic buildings, having experienced management is crucial; otherwise, major disasters can occur. We recommend CN Group and, if we need their services again, we will definitely reach out to them. In a world like construction, quality always pays off, and Cristiano and Natasa deserve it because they work hard!
