Start from scratch
In this project, we demolished everything: we removed the walls and part of the screeds, leaving the house completely bare with a single central pillar.
We then completed all the renovation: electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
During the reconstruction phase, we rebuilt all the walls with a new interior layout, based on the design by surveyor Gabriele Pagani.
An additional task was the false ceiling in the corridor and bathroom.
Living area
In the new layout of the house, the large and bright living area features a sea view, a balcony, and an open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen furniture chosen by the owners is from the brand Febal. In the rebuilding works, we created an opening for hidden glass walls to separate the corridor from the living area.
In the entrance of the apartment, we find custom-built wardrobes designed to optimize the space.
To complete the apartment, there are two double bedrooms and a fully renovated, windowed laundry bathroom.
Finishes
Throughout the apartment, we installed high-quality SPC planks purchased from Rolich.
The Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) planks stand out for their mixed polymers and stone dust composition, making them highly durable. The chosen doors are from the brand Garofoli and are supplied by MG porte.
n this project, we also collaborated with the owner: as an expert welder, he independently created the beautiful balcony railing, which we then fully tiled.
