Small changes to personalize the spaces
Open view of the Karst in San Giovanni
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room, a double bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a large terrace with an open view of the Karst in a quiet area of the city.
Let’s add new details
Together with the client, we decided to open up the living area by demolishing the wall that separated the entrance hall from the living room.
However, we added a small wall to define the entrance, featuring a custom-made wooden shelf crafted by our carpenter.
Let’s restore what we have available
In this project, our marble worker polished and buffed the Venetian terrazzo floor, while in the bedroom, the parquet installer scraped and polished the parquet.
As for the other work, we painted the entire apartment, removed the gas system, and installed an induction cooktop in the kitchenette, where the client replaced the kitchen and updated the baseboards throughout the house.
The bathroom was demolished and rebuilt with new floor and wall tiles chosen by the owner, and all the fixtures were replaced, including the shower tray, shower enclosure, sink, and mirror.
